Do You Ship Outside of The US?
Lemons and Lion’s Breath currently ships to the USA only. If you live outside of the USA, please stay tuned as we hope to expand shipping capabilities very soon!
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary based on the merchant partner for individual products.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up the shipping time it takes to receive your order.
Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Yes, all products in a single order will arrive at the same time.
Can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking button in the shipping confirmation email.

What Happens if USPS Loses my Package?
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Lemons and Lion’s Breath is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
Returns
Return Policy
Customers have up to 14 days after your purchase to return a product for a refund, providing the products are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Lemons and Lion’s Breath will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection. Lemons and Lion’s Breath reserves the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet the above requirements.
Should You Purchase Insurance?
Insurance is recommended. Lemons and Lion’s Breath is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
Who Pays to Return The Items?
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not provide return labels.
How Do I Begin The Return Process?
Please do not return items without first contacting contact@lemonsandlionsbreath.com. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. And items returned without proper return authorization may be returned to the sender.
How to Package Returns
Please ensure all returned items are well packaged and fully sealed, so as not to be damaged in the post. If a return slip is provided, please ensure this is properly attached to the outside of your package.
Can I Exchange my Order?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not permitted. Customers will need to return any unwanted items and re-buy the correct item.
How Long Will it Take For my Return to Be Processed?
After we receive your returned item, the Lemons and Lion’s Breath team will inspect it and notify you via email if your item has been approved for return.
Once the return has been completed, a refund will be applied to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping and handling. You will receive the refund within 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
